SUMMARY:Dive Project Cornwall Fundraising Dinner and Auction
DESCRIPTION:Join the team behind the Dive Project Cornwall\, led by founder Andy Forster\, for a fundraising dinner at Boconnoc House. \nDive Project Cornwall is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company that supports the mental health and well-being of young people who visit the project. Launched in 2022\, the project has provided the experience of a lifetime to 400 young people\, giving them a new sense of confidence and purpose. Every penny raised through donations is reinvested in our unique learning programme. \nDive Project Cornwall provides a unique opportunity for students to learn the basics of scuba diving while gaining an appreciation for the natural marine world. This experience helps young people discover more about themselves by facing challenges and embracing new skills that will benefit them in their everyday lives. During their stay at the Dive Project Cornwall Basecamp\, students can enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped campsite with ocean views\, stargazing\, campfires\, and excellent cooking. The project reduces screen time\, encourages connection with the natural world and the people around us\, and teaches us to appreciate the present moment. \n“We have just returned from what has been the most amazing week of school ever. Twenty of our students are now fully fledged “Ocean Influencers”.  The students have returned as completely different individuals.
