DESCRIPTION:This event is organised by the St Austell Soroptimists in support of Cornwall Hospice Care. \n\n\n\n\nTake a trip to one of the most beautiful gardens of Cornwall. From the grazing fallow deer in the Deer Park to the centuries-old trees of the ancient woodland\, exploring the grounds feels like stepping right into a timeless oil painting. \nBegin your tour at the Dorothy Garden\, just a quick stroll from Boconnoc House\, where fountains burble and flowers turn their faces to the sun. Bring along a camera to capture the vibrancy of the shrubbery\, which bursts into blossom\, from 34 different varieties of hydrangeas to beautifully scented roses\, and for a special escape\, explore the palm-fringed paradise of the tropical fountain along the Stewardry Walk around a waterfall\, pool and Lady Hamilton’s marble bath\, the exotic plants create an ambiance that’s akin to a tropical retreat.
