Freedom Racing at Boconnoc Woods

Use lockdown as an excuse to get fit for the first woodland race at Boconnoc 

This race is just under 10k and explores new running routes on the Estate, taking in woodland tracks and parkland. A single lap trail allows for social distancing and the route is on wide tracks within the Estate.
